watching a 1080p rip of Terminator 2 who needs Blu-Ray when X.264 is this good!

I agree with that, but i've just discovered what a pain in the arse rips are via Popcorn when you accidently press the stop button... You have to start from the beginning and run it at 8x to get back to where you were. I gave up :( So much for giving Transformers the benefit of the doubt that it really was that crap.
The 1080p x.264 rips out there are incredible. Although I only have my laptop that can do them justice at the moment (the projector's only 720p), they do look extra crispy and well worth the increased file-size.
This is the trouble with using pre-release hardware!
Seek wasn't working on some MKV files in the previous firmware, update to the latest version from the maintenance menu... if that doesn't fix it you could have a damaged file or if you're streaming over the network your sharing method doesn't allow seeking.... but tbh it's probably likely to be old firmware :)

No "jump to time" function?? Harsh.

@edwa3d left and right on the directional buttons will let you set what time to jump to :)
